新型コロナウイルスの影響で予定より少し早く帰国となりましたが、留学生たちはアリゾナでの留学生活を終えて帰国しました。バレーボールやサッカーに参加し、ホストファミリーと旅行をするなど、多くの思い出をつくることができました。留学中に発信された留学日記を通じて、在校生の間でも留学への関心が高まりました。今後は、次に出発する留学生のオリエンテーションにも参加し、自身の経験を後輩たちに伝えていく予定です。

After eight months in Arizona, Sosuke, Nanaka, and Ayumi have returned to Japan. Though their exchange was cut short due to COVID-19, they made the most of their time—joining volleyball and soccer teams, traveling with their host families, and building lasting friendships. Many students at school kept up with their journey through their monthly reports, which inspired more interest in studying abroad. They are now eager to share their advice during the orientation for next year’s exchange students.
